For two decades, I've dedicated my career to enriching the lives of adults and seniors through compassionate care. My journey began with a deep-seated passion for supporting their well-being and independence, and my positive experiences in previous roles solidified my desire to make a lasting impact. As a Certified Home Health Aide with CPR Training, I provide transportation, run errands, manage medications, prepare meals, and offer light housekeeping. I also encourage physical activity. I understand the importance of creating a comfortable environment. I am patient, calm, compassionate, detail-oriented, and skilled at de-escalating stressful situations. I also redirect atten when needed. I handle confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes. I incorporate memory care activities into care. I provide regular updates via text or phone call. I also follow the family's preferred communication method. I am available to work day or night shifts I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
