About Melina

Hi! I've loved working with kids for as long as I can remember. Babysitting has shown me how meaningful it is to support families and be a positive part of a child's day, and I genuinely enjoy what I do. I'm a creative, friendly caregiver with one year of experience caring for children of all ages, and I'm comfortable watching up to three children at a time. I have some college education, including Early Child Development coursework, and I'm currently in school working toward becoming a teacher. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and love keeping kids engaged with outdoor play, board games, and fun educational activities. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I always follow each family's preferred communication style and am comfortable setting and enforcing household rules in a calm, positive way.
