About Melina

Hello I'm Melina H and I have been working in childcare for 3 years now! I've had experience with children as young as 6 months old, to children as old as 5 or 6. In my first K4 classroom I had up to 20 children, all while staying focused on their needs and my job as well. I worked in an Older Twos classroom second, potty training up to 14 two and a half to 3-year-olds. I then moved to my current position in an Older Toddlers class, learning the best ways to raise up to 12 tots. I have experience in many different age groups and hope to become a nanny for a single or couple of children while I soon become a mother of one. I'll be due in March 2021, and hope to find a loving family that's willing to hire me as a responsible nanny while I bring my newborn with me after a small maternity leave.

Melina was typically early and very responsive to texts, either asking her to work or how things were going while she was sitting (we're new to the babysitter thing, so we checked in). She was always very sweet and engaging with our daughter and had a calm demeanor. Always willing to stay as late as needed.
