About Mel

Working with kids is something I genuinely enjoy and care about. I spend two years overall caring for children ranging from infant to preteens and I've learned how to adjust a different features personalities and needs. I describe myself as a patient, creative and easy to get along with which helps me build a strong connection with both kids and parents. I'm currently planning to pursue a career as a BCBA so working with children it's not just something I just enjoy, it's something I'm truly passionate about long-term. I love engaging kids and fun and meaningful ways whether that's outdoor activities, educational games or even using technology in a positive age-appropriate way. I'm also comfortable setting and maintaining household rules making sure there's a good balance between structure and fun. Overall I enjoy being someone kids feel comfortable with and someone parents can trust. I love the opportunity to connect with your family.
