Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. For the last 10 years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care and fostering independence for adults and seniors. My experiences in previous care roles have solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment to build connections with care recipients. I provide transportation, run errands, handle shopping, offer personal care, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, and incorporate memory care activities into care. I communicate with families using written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have a high school degree and certifications in CPR and First Aid. Knowing I can bring a little joy to someone's day makes my work truly rewarding.
