Hi! I'm Meleah. I've been providing care for children and assistance to families for over 20 years. I started my professional career while working in group child care facilities and transitioned into private child care nannying and household managing. I've worked for families full time, part-time, as a live-in and provided dual nannying/household management over the years. I realized I had a passion in transition nannying so I took my focus and skills to families transitioning through international/domestic adoptions, separations/divorce and relocation. I help families who are not only new to parenthood but the potential challenges that come along with adopted children, new family dynamics and getting acquainted to new environments. My skills are not limited to homes touched by adoption and transition, that has just been were my skills have been most helpful. Overall I really enjoy helping parents create balance between work and family while nurturing their children along the way.

Meleah is a fantastic childcare provider and was essential for helping me get through some difficult times. She managed the transition to homeschooling when Covid hit, and helped with setting up a new routine so that the kids felt little had changed. She was always creative in terms of activities but also to alterations to schedule or situations. The kids had great summer activities and enjoyed day trips to parks and creeks. Meleah has a good sense of what children need and helped me at times identify areas where my kids might need some extra attention or extra help.
