Melba's approach is all tender care and love. She prioritizes the child and his/her well-being over everything while maintaining the parent's wishes as top priority. I witnessed her do this with countless children/families over the years and was lucky enough to have her watch my infant son for the first year I went back to work after maternity leave. It's supposed to be one of the hardest things you have to do in life but Melba truly made it easier. There was no doubt he was well fed, received affection all day, was in the best possible care, and all in a way that met our wishes. Melba would proactively send me videos and pictures everyday which made me feel less distanced from him during those 55hours a week I was working. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and sincerely, any family would be so, so lucky to have her in their home - loving and caring for their children.
