About Melany

Hi! My name is Melany, and I'm a sophomore nursing student at Illinois State University working toward becoming a pediatric nurse. I'm looking to babysit this summer to gain more experience with children and support families. I have experience caring for my younger siblings and cousins, including preparing meals, supervising playtime, and planning fun activities like trips to the park. I also have experience caring for elderly individuals, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and strong caregiving skills. I am patient, reliable, and caring. I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and can provide transportation if needed. I'm available Monday through Friday and am open to weekends. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel confident in my care.
