About Melany

Hello! My name is Melany, I'm from Ecuador, and I'm new in the caregiver community! I have worked with children since 2020, and throughout these years I've cared for little ones of many different ages -- from infants to preteens. I enjoy creating a warm, calm, and supportive environment where every child feels safe, understood, and encouraged to be themselves. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, 25 years old, and currently studying Psychology. I also completed a certified au pair program, where I lived with a host family and cared for two preteens. That experience helped me develop strong communication skills, confidence, homework support, schedules, and daily responsibilities. It also taught me how to stay patient, organized, and flexible when kids are becoming more independent. Families describe me as responsible, respectful, and someone they can trust with their children's well-being. My goal is always to bring Kindness, and emotional support into every home I work with.
