Melanie was an absolute gem with our two boys (ages 5 and 7) for the past 2 years. From the very first week, the kids were comfortable with her and actually looked forward to her coming over. She’s super patient and fun at the same time. She’d play outside with them for hours, help with crafts, and even got them excited about reading books together. Our 5 year old can be pretty shy and picky about new people, but he warmed up to Melanie right away and started calling her “Mel” like she was part of the family.
