About Melany

Making a positive impact on the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. My previous experiences in care roles fueled my desire to support their well-being and independence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with two years of experience, I offer live-in care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families through verbal updates and follow their preferred method. Building connections is important to me, so I focus on respect, clear communication, and compassionate support. I earned my high school degree and currently enrolled in a College Nursing Program with expected graduating date of May 2027. I am compassionate, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.
