About Melany

Hi there! My name is Melany, and I'm an aspiring engineer currently studying at the UofA. I'm an ambitious, driven person with a genuine passion for making a difference, and for me, that starts with children and their families. I have nearly a decade of experience in child care, working with little ones ranging from infants all the way to teens. Over the years, I've found tremendous joy in supporting children's growth and creating safe, fun, and nurturing environments where they can truly thrive. I'm CPR & First Aid certified, organized, reliable, and a natural multitasker. I'm also patient, diligent, and outgoing, and I work best in 1:1 or 2:1 settings where I can give focused, meaningful attention. I'm happy to take on additional tasks as needed and always aim to be a flexible, dependable support for the whole family.
