Hi I'm Melani from Patagonia, Argentina. As a friendly, certified caregiver with a passion for nurturing young minds, I have dedicated over a decade to providing exceptional childcare. My journey began when I took on my first job as a caregiver, and since then, I have had the privilege of working as an Au Pair in various locations, including Texas, Colorado, California, USA, and Strasbourg, France. Along the way, I have also gained valuable experience as a ski and surf instructor, further solidifying my love for working with children. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children on a deep level. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and prioritize their preferred method of communication, whether it's verbal updates at pickup, regular text messages, or phone calls. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
