Melani is an outstanding human being. She was one of the two full-time caregivers for my father over the last year. Melani is caring, intelligent, thorough, and observant. Melani is direct and kind. She took full ownership of care for him during her shifts. She played games and made his meals. She also was responsible for using the hoyer lift and brief changes. She would communicate any concerns or issues she noticed throughout the day with my father and would also bring up suggestions. She is extremely dependable and responsible.
