About Melanie

Hi! My name is Melanie, and I'm a responsible, caring, and dependable caregiver with both family-based and healthcare experience. I've been actively involved in caring for my two younger siblings since I was 13, helping with supervision, routines, and daily structure. I currently work in a hospital healthcare setting, where I assist with patient transport in various ways, including beds, stretchers, wheelchairs, and using a Hoyer lift when needed. This experience has made me very attentive to safety, communication, and creating a calm, supportive environment. I'm also currently in school pursuing a career as an X-ray technician. I'm organized, patient, and reliable, and I'm comfortable following routines and adapting to different needs.
