I reached out to Melanie through Care.com as I was searching for a sitter for our son while we were on vacation in Massachusetts. She was punctual from the time I first messaged her, to the interview over zoom, to the 2 nights she watched our son. Melanie was incredibly professional, kind, and very thorough. She was very good with our son and he loved spending time with her. She also sent us a very detailed description of everything that happened down to every minute while she watched him - it answered all the questions I didn't even know I had. Melanie is incredible and I would use her as our sitter over and over again if we lived nearby.
