About Melanie

Working with children and nurturing young minds has always been a passion of mine. I have worked with children my entire life, from babysitting when I was in middle school, to summer camps and day camps in high school, to working in as a day care teacher in college. I now have a toddler of my own. My goal is to positively impact each child's life. I have a college degree and training in First Aid and CPR, and I was a lifeguard for 5 years. I understand the importance of nurturing children in the way each family desires. I always prioritize clear communication with parents, following your preferred method for updates. Seeing my own child grow has given me a deep understanding of what families seek in childcare. I'm comfortable caring for one to two children at a time, so I can give them my undivided attention and care.
