Melanie was a no call / no show. The only reason she is not getting one star is that she at least responded to my message that I sent her 15 minutes after the booking started to check in on her and if she needed directions. She confirmed that she in fact was not coming and made other plans despite the booking being confirmed and there being no mention that it was canceled. She also apologized, but attempted to somehow blame me for her communication issues and improper assumptions. Really put me in a bad spot with work.
