About Melanie

Hi there! I'm Melanie. I have 5+ years of paid caregiving experience. I babysat children of varying ages for multiple families while in high school and college. I also stayed overnight one night per weekend with an elderly neighbor who had dementia. I am now the (empty nester) mother of a 24-year-old. I have retired from the 9-5 work world and am looking to find paid work in the caregiving field once again. I'd describe my personality as nurturing, fun and engaging. I have left the 9-5 grind behind and am looking to do something engaging and enjoyable. In my spare time, I like to read, travel, try new restaurants, exercise, spend time with family and friends.
