Mel has been our son’s full time nanny for the last 7 months. He is 11 months old now and she has been the biggest blessing to us. When we hired her we had just moved from California to Tennessee which was a huge adjustment but Mel quickly learned the routine and connected with our son immediately. She is very patient, kind, flexible, trustworthy and respectful. We could tell right away that she has great experience in childcare(especially with babies less than 1 year) and it made us feel at ease being first time parents. She has always been calm when our son has his fussy episodes and gives him so much love and care. Our son absolutely adores her. She’s also great with our two crazy dogs and loves on them too! Mel has truly become a part of our family, we all love her so much!!
