About Melanie

Nurturing young minds is my passion! I have one year of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11 years. My background includes being a part time certified Daycare worker, Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. I am currently working on receiving my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy playing educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I always follow the parents' lead on household rules and preferred communication methods. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I look forward to bringing my skills and enthusiasm to your family.
