We have used Melanie multiple times and she is truly our go to nanny. As a mom of three boys ages 14, 7 and 2, it is not easy to find someone who can connect with each of them individually and also handle all three together, but Melanie does it so effortlessly. She has a way of meeting each of my boys where they are. She can relate to my teenager, keep up with my energetic 7 year old and care for my toddler with so much patience and love. She is never overwhelmed and always shows up calm, confident and attentive. My boys absolutely love her and always ask when she is coming back, which says everything. She is reliable, communicates well and always does her best to accommodate our schedule which means so much to me. I have complete peace of mind when she is with my kids and that is something every parent hopes for. I truly feel blessed that we found her and any family that gets to work with Melanie is just as blessed. She is a true gem.
