Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my primary passion. With a graduate degree and over 20 years of experience, I provide personalized support in math, English, science, history, and study skills, and specialize in teaching early reading skills. I hold certifications as a credentialed teacher, and have years of experience working with students with IEP's and 504's. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence through an engaging, patient environment where I adapt my methods to your child's unique learning style. I celebrate small victories and break down complex concepts into manageable steps to keep students motivated. I believe open communication with parents is essential for lasting success.
