Melanie was great with our son from when he was barely crawling until he was 1. She was proactive in learning his needs and habits, and was able to do so quickly. Melanie was enthusiastic and engaging, taking it upon herself to help Owen reach milestones and grow. She was also flexible, which was very helpful with our busy and changing schedules.
