Melanie has been wonderful with our now 12-month-old son. She started during the peak of his separation anxiety but was extremely patient and calm, and he now really enjoys being with her. She is very hands-on and interactive, always talking to him, singing, and helping him learn new skills. Our family has appreciated that she is very knowledgeable about babies and intentional in how she responds. Although our schedules are shifting, we plan to keep Melanie with us as an occasional babysitter for as long as she is able. She has been a great member of our village, and I would definitely recommend her.
