About Melanie

My name is Melanie, I have 6 years' experience with elder care. I did private home care for an older gentleman who had a stroke. Sadly, he developed dementia and was no longer able to live on his own. I was with him for 5 years; I helped him with daily living activities, take him to doctor appointments, take him food shopping, and help him with projects around the house. I have also worked as a CNA in a nursing home. I love that what I do helps people still feel like they are not helpless and can still be active in what they like to do! I do have flexibility, I do not mind dropping what I am doing if you call and need a hand with something at any time (morning, day, evening, middle of the night) Thank you, Melanie
