About Melanie

Hi my name is Melanie. I am 43 years old, a non smoker and live in Franklin. I am a compassionate person, very responsible, loyal and trustworthy. I am also certified in Child First Aid/ CPR. I am seeking a position with a great family! I have over 20 years Child Care experience with infants, toddlers, school aged children, multiples and special needs children. I held positions as a babysitter, daycare assistant and a Nanny. I also worked for several years for the Franklin Public School System in the Before and After School Program. I like to follow daily routines and provide daily age appropriate learning activities for the children such as creative play, reading, puzzles, crafts, building blocks, sensory play and engaging in fine motor activities. I also believe in learning through play and children having opportunities for daily outdoor play and for them to use their large motor skills. My first priority is providing a quality, safe and nurturing environment for your children.
