About Melanie

What motivated me to become a caregiver is my love for children and my desire to have kids of my own someday. I have worked at a daycare for over a year and a half with children ages 0-9. While I have the most experience with babies and toddlers, I enjoy working with all ages. I would describe myself as kind, patient, and dependable. I want to create a safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I enjoy planning creative activities, games, and learning experiences that help children grow and stay engaged. I believe clear communication with parents is very important. I follow each family's preferred communication method to keep them informed and comfortable. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules and expectations to maintain consistency. My goal is to help children learn, grow, and feel cared for while giving parents peace of mind!
