About Melanie

Hello my name is Melanie. I currently work for Lewisville Independent School District. I hold two positions a Behavioral Aide(Flower Mound Elem)and an Extended School Day Campus Leader for an after school program at Central Elem(Lewisville). After my layoff in 2022 I wanted a more rewarding career. Every day may be a challenge, but at the end of the day I have nurtured and made an impact. I'm a MiMi to two energetic granddaughters that are 8yrs/6yrs. I strive to make a positive impact on a child's life while supporting the family. I am patient, calm, creative, and approachable. I enjoy playing gym games, basketball, crafts and educational games that promote learning. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents via texts or calls. I hold First Aid and CPR Training certifications. I have infant/toddler experience. I am comfortable with light housekeeping and travel. I'm eager to use my skills to provide a safe and fun environment for your child.
