I am an experienced caregiver who specializes in supporting individuals with progressive conditions. I have deep experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, ALS, and Parkinson's, and I understand the unique challenges these bring to daily life. I have specialized experience working with clients who are non-verbal and have severe mobility challenges. I believe that caregiving is about "being present." I am very attuned to reading non-verbal cues-facial expressions and body language-to ensure my clients are comfortable and their needs are met, even when they cannot speak. I also have extensive experience with safe, comfortable transfers to prevent falls and injuries. My goal is to provide a calm, safe, and loving environment that allows your loved one to maintain their dignity and, where possible, their independence.
