About Melanie

Hi! I'm a college student at the University of North Texas, currently completing my Bachelor's in Integrative Studies with focuses in Sociology, Teacher Education, and Women & Gender Studies. I originally studied Early Childhood Bilingual Education and have over two years of experience in tutoring (especially in Spanish), student teaching, babysitting, and caregiving. I love working with kids and creating supportive, fun, and educational environments. I'm also great with animals and happy to help with pet care when needed. I've worked with families of all backgrounds and am known for being patient, dependable, and easy to communicate with. While I don't yet have my own vehicle, I consistently use for reliable transportation to and from jobs. I've also been accepted into UNT's MBA program and am committed to continuing my growth while supporting the needs of local.
