Having me as your nanny, I can assure you, your children would be loved mentally, and physically, active fed, clean and happy! You can work and rest, knowing you will come home to a clean house as well. As a mother, I know what I expect from a nanny and would give you no less than I would do for my own! Also, as a mother, I believe there is nothing else that compares to that kind of experience!

Melanie was more than AMAZING with our daughter. She was our nanny for just over a year; our daughter just being 4 months when she started. She quickly became in tune with her behavior/personality and offered insight on things that I never would have thought of. She was very flexible & understanding with our schedules, always on time, trustworthy, and great with communication (especially on the days our daughter was not feeling well). Not only that, she was great with our rambunctious dogs. I would recommend her to anyone in a heart beat!
