From the start, she was incredibly thorough—taking the time to understand our dogs' routine, preferences, and any special needs. It gave us real peace of mind knowing nothing was overlooked. Communication is always excellent the entire time we are away. We receive regular updates, photos, and little notes about how things were going, which made it so much easier to relax and enjoy our time away. It was clear our dogs were happy, comfortable, and well cared for in their own home environment. On top of that, our house was left in great condition, just as we left it. It’s not easy to trust someone with both your pet and your home, but she made it feel effortless.
