Melanie was great with my 5 month old daughter which is why she is getting 3-stars. However, I had to let her go due to reliability issues. She often asked to leave early each week, which I tried to be accommodating, but my main concern was her last-minute callouts that left me stranded without a sitter. Additionally, she was late almost every day averaging 15-20 minutes and sometimes as late as 1hr 1/2. Overall, she was good with my daughter but her unreliability made it things very difficult
