About Melanie

For me, childcare is more than a job; it's a passion rooted in a desire to positively impact young lives and support families. My nine years of experience include working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I spent five years at child protective services and four years as a teacher, so I know how difficult it is to find reliable childcare. I have a graduate degree and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I am also trained in CPR. I'm patient, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing all kinds of games, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I'm comfortable caring for up to five children and enforcing household rules. I can help with cooking, light housekeeping, and crafts. I will always communicate with you using your preferred method. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
