I was promoted within six months into a leadership role and currently oversee medication administration, narcotic accountability, and team training in a senior care setting. I specialize in medication management, monitoring changes in condition, and providing compassionate, structured care for memory care clients. I am experienced with electronic MAR systems, physician communication, pharmacy coordination, and controlled substance compliance.
