Meighan started working with my family when my son was about 4 months old. She watched him on Tuesday and Thursday every week (and sometimes on the weekend as needed). I would highly recommend Meighan. The most important item I considered when choosing a nanny was trust - and Meighan has earned 100% of my trust. She is extremely reliability, diligent and proactive and my son has built a great relationship with her. She has extensive experience in childcare, so I even learned a lot from her along the way - for example, great toys to utilize, how to help them reach new milestones and different types of play activities. We will really miss Meighan but need more of a full time caregiver and have move to a live in. Thank you for everything Meighan!
