Mehtap is an incredible caregiver for my two young children. She is engaging and attentive, full of energy and creativity. She is observant and adapts to our parenting style. She asks questions, is honest, professional and respectful. She anticipates my childrens needs and our needs as a family and takes initiative. She is very helpful around the house and assists with cooking, dishes, vacuuming, cleaning toys, laundry, taking out the trash, etc. She helps to prepare meals and snacks, does diaper changes and assists with naps. She takes my children on walks and to the park often. She reads stories, has dance parties, and keeps my kids active and happy. She follows my kids lead and I feel they are safe with her. We view Mehtap as part of our family and our kids absolutely love her.
