My name is Megan, and I bring over 5 years of hands-on nanny experience along with 7 years working in a school district supporting students in both one-on-one and small group settings. Most recently, I worked as a Learning & Development Manager, where I honed my organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills-qualities I bring into creating safe, structured, and fun environments for all.
