I have 7 years of experience. I have babysat since I was 16 children as young as newborns and as old as preteens. For the past 4 years, I have worked as an educator for children's art classes at Side Street Studio Arts and the Indianapolis Art Center. I taught toddlers through high school and led daily art activities. From October 2023 until February of this year, I worked as a full time nanny for one child from 4 months to 20 months. I am experienced in listening to what a child needs and responding in a way that is helpful for their social, emotional, and academic growth. I can help with tasks inside and outside of the house, and create fun and enriching activities for the children.

Meghan is smart, creative, patient, calm, grounded, flexible and kind. She is very responsible, follows directions and requests, and provides encouragement but still provides structure and age appropriate redirections as needed. She is wonderful in caring for my child with food allergies as well.
