About Meghann

Hi! My name is Meghann, and I'm a responsible, caring, and energetic caregiver with a strong background in working with children in both leadership and supportive roles. I have experience as a camp counselor, where I supervised children, planned engaging activities, and prioritized safety while creating a fun and structured environment. I've also volunteered in Costa Rica teaching children with disabilities how to surf, which helped me develop patience, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for inclusive, confidence-building care. In addition, I have experience coaching volleyball, where I supported kids in building skills, teamwork, and self-confidence in a positive and encouraging setting. I am CPR/AED certified and take safety and reliability very seriously while still bringing warmth, creativity, and energy into each day. I value clear communication with parents and pride myself on being organized, dependable, and someone families can truly trust.
