About Meghann

I have a bachelor of science degree from Southern Illinois University in early childhood education. I have worked with children from newborns to teenagers for 13 years. I have been the head teacher of child care classrooms for five years and have extended experience with toddlers. My responsibilities included implementing daily, age appropriate activities, diaper changing and potty training, handling child allergies, supervision of staff and children, monitoring 5-10 children on a daily basis, outside activities and walking trips, carpooling and water play. I have also cared for my elderly grandparents with various ailments such as diabetes, stroke and dementia. I have upheld responsibilities such as physical lifting and guidance, administering medications, providing a healthy and safe environment, preparing and serving meals and cleaning and preparing for naps and bedtimes.
