About Meghan

Hi! I'm Meghan. I've been a music teacher in the Miami area for 15 years, and have been fortunate to be able to schedule my teaching around caring for my two children, ages 7 and 10. I am currently in the process of transitioning to work as a full time legal transcriptionist. While I study for my certification, I am hoping to find work this summer caring for children with a great family. Though I don't have professional caregiving experience, I am a mom and have been the primary caregiver for my own children since my daughter was born in 2015. During the Covid Quarantine era, my children were ages 1 and 3! Being home with them during that time was challenging, but I loved every minute. Like everyone else at that time, it helped me fully appreciate all the people, caregivers, and teachers who have helped support our family. As a teacher myself, I have completed numerous first aid and CPR classes over the years. I would be honored to be part of your village!
