Hi! I'm Meghan, I'm 20 and from Vernon CT. I am attending ECSU as an early childhood education/special education major. My goal is to teach kindergarten! I've been babysitting/nannying for many years and I have lots of experience- I truly love working with kids! I also have three and a half years of daycare center experience with ages 2 months- 5 years old. I am happy to do art projects, story time, sensory activities, outdoor time, and anything else your little one likes to do. For summer nannying especially, I love to take the children on trips to the library, children's museums, playgrounds, and other fun places they would enjoy. Meghan has been a wonderful babysitter for our little one! She has cared for him on several occasions from when he was 8 months old until a toddler. As first-time parents, we were especially nervous about who to trust with our treasure, but as soon as we met Meghan we were put at ease. Most importantly, she is extremely safety-oriented and clearly has expertise in properly caring for the needs of young children. But she has also blown us away with her efforts at keeping the little one engaged and active. She always does creative arts project with him, and they are fantastic! It's great to know that while we are getting a night out, the little one is also engaged in his own fun activities (and it's a special treat to discover a keepsake art project when we return home). We love working with Meghan and would highly recommend her!
