I have over 10 years experience working as an Infant/ Toddler teacher and 7 years working as a Nanny for families with young children. I have an associates in Early Child Development, Adult/Infant CPR, First Aid certified and fully vaccinated . When I was working in Early Child Care I enjoyed forming many relationships with both the children and their families. I decided to transition away from working in a childcare center to become a nanny. This allows me to create a more hands on individualized learning experience for the child. I love children and find nothing more rewarding then providing quality care for them. I believe in creating a positive, fun and engaging environment for children, one in which they feel safe, respected and can thrive. I love to be outside in nature taking walks or hiking through the woods, gardening, reading, cooking and painting with my boys. I find that my easy going nature helps children to feel relaxed and comfortable

Meghan & I worked together at a childcare center & a home childcare program years ago & we have become friends. We've shared concerns, joys, frustrations, & solutions about our own children. Most recently, Meghan has been working as a nanny & I've been able to see her nurture her relationship with the child she cares for. Meghan is caring, knowledgeable, responsible, & so respectful of young children. She understands child development. She loves nature. She offers so many opportunities for children to connect to who they are & what they bring to the world. She listens, guides, respects, & loves the children she works with. Safety is also a top priority for her. I can't say enough about her! She would be a gift for your child!
