About Meghan

I am currently in my 2nd/final year of nursing school to obtain my RN license. I have 5+ years of experience of in-home hospice caregiving. I also have training with peritoneal dialysis. I think people deserve to live their last years with the best quality of life possible, in the comfort of their own home. I love hearing the stories of our elders. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, hardworking, thoughtful. I started caring for seniors by caring for my grandmas. My maternal grandmother moved in when her dementia progressed. She died at home, surrounded by family, in peace and comfort, with a beautiful view. My 1st caregiving job came from being an LMT for an elderly stroke patient to help retain some mobility & ROM, reduce spasms and help relieve some pain through gentle massage, then I started helping with showers for her.
