I am dedicated to engaging in trusting, genuine, and enduring relationships. I am patient and enjoy humor to maintain levity (when appropriate). I have experience in multi-year relationships with clients with memory, mobility, and chronic pain issues. I support individuals with home tasks, outings & socializing, post-surgery care, mobility, transition to assisted living, memory care, and hospice. I can assist with movement practices (as well as motivation with PT and OT exercises). I will love your pets. I am CPR certified and comfortable being masked. The qualities of our experiences influence our state and perspectives. Healthy relationships supports daily functioning. It is my intention to care as well as serve healing or growth, as appropriate for individual clients. I am a practicing certified yoga therapist in the Viniyoga tradition (for 8+ years) with a focus in applied Eastern philosophy for mental, emotional, and mobility health.
