Megan has been coming to our house two days a week for a year now (2 semesters). When she first came I thought "she can't fit this perfectly!" - well, I was wrong! She is a dream nanny. First of all, my kids feel loved. She plays WITH them, she does crafts, and she's fun! Secondly, she follows my routine. She is conscientious and keeps my kids secure by following my rules for them and my schedule, while still doing her own creative plan with them and letting them experience new things with her. She is kind, considerate, responsible, flexible, diligent, and has become like part of our family. My daughter put it best today "I love you, Megan, and I love mommy!" What could be a better compliment?
