I was Megan's supervisor when she served as an orientation leader in the summer of 2012. I also supervised her on our programming team during the 2013 to 14 academic year. Megan is a hardworking, and personable individual. She always maintained a happy demeanor, even in very stressful times. Whenever the team or I needed something, she was eager to assist. Beyond that, she often didn't wait to be asked to help. Instead, she anticipated the need by being proactive and asking how she could help. She has a wonderful spirit and would greatly serve your organization.
