Hi families! I'm a special education teacher and caregiver with over 20 years of childcare experience and 11 years supporting individuals with diverse needs. I've worked with infants through adults, including individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, behavioral/emotional needs, medical needs, and developmental delays. I'm passionate about creating structured, supportive, and engaging environments where children feel safe, understood, and confident. My background as a special education teacher and former preschool teacher helps me balance patience, creativity, and individualized support while encouraging independence and growth. I also support families in practical ways through meal prep, light housekeeping, hygiene routines, organization, transportation, educational activities, behavioral and emotional support, communication support, and creating routines that help individuals thrive at home and in the community.
