About Megan

With diverse childcare experience, I've supported children across various age groups, from 6 months old to teens. During my studies for a BA in Psychology, I interned at the King County Juvenile Detention Center, mentoring teens aged 14-17. Additionally, I worked for 3+ years as a Certified Behavior Technician, implementing ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum/other developmental disabilities, helping them with daily routines and appropriate play for reaching developmental milestones. Additional experience working with children on the autism spectrum with feeding programs, speech tablets, SLP sessions, OT sessions, and in-home online learning. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and starting my own business, I'm seeking a role where I can offer compassionate, individualized care on the side.
